You can’t ask for better than this on a Saturday afternoon, barring being in a high end luxury hotel/restaurant! The serene ambiance of the golf course view, the inviting and unrushed atmosphere, an Amazing Staff, in particular Renee, topped with the delicious food is enough to give 100 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I have been coming to The View at Colony West for about 3 years, and I must say, while most places get sloppy, and the food quality becomes unpalatable, The View at Colony West has only improved their menu selection, and service across the board! I cannot recommend this piece of paradise enough!!!
I had a great time for dinner, and we had the salmon & steak dishes. I took a star off for service because we had reservations, but there was no hostess to greet us. A customer told us to seat ourselves while we waited at the hostess station. The ambiance is great with large windows in the dining area overlooking golf ⛳️ Kenny the bartender, is wonderful . Update we came back 1 week later. We had the Korean pulled pork sandwiches, and it was flavorful with coleslaw and sweet potato fries.This restaurant has a great atmosphere and its perfect for business lunch or romantic dinner . The unique cups and bowls are fabulous. The 🎶 was soothing in the dining area. Ryan, our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable; he gave his recommendation on dishes. We didn't have reservations today, so we seated ourselves and received immediate friendly service .
My friend just happened upon this place, and we live here! Tucked away near the hotel and golf course, this gem of a restaurant is our new breakfast and lunch place…and we don’t even golf. The restaurant is nicely appointed, super clean, with friendly service and great food! Large windows provide views of nature, the lake and golf course. I absolutely love the chicken and Brie sandwich, and my husband was super pleased with the lentil soup. Omelettes are fresh and tasty. There are more items to try. What I particularly love is that it is relaxed and quiet! Plenty of free parking. The View is welcome addition to our community.

Amazing food and amazingly low prices. Best tuna salad sandwich, so overstuffed I needed a fork! Wings were great and the bartender Beth was super nice, made me a yummy cherry coke. Angus burger was tasty. Pleasant atmosphere, indoor and outdoor patio dining with golf course view. The cake was super moist and delicious!
Restaurant located next store to hotel we were staying so we decided to give it a try. Nice view, good service and the food was very good. I had the panko shrimp bowl and husband had the French Dip. Both very good.
You can take the girl out of Brooklyn but you can’t take the Brooklyn out the girl! Renee was our Server and she was amazing with an even better amazing personality! We came for happy hour and it was 100% worth it! She even made she we used our 10% off first time coupon, which was so sweet and helpful. We ordered the wings, which were 100/10 and the “Pine Island Drink” (VERY strong & Very GOOD). Definitely will be coming back on my next staycation!
We had a fantastic dinner at The View at The Colony with a group of friends, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. First, a big compliment to the chef — the food was absolutely delicious. Every person at our table loved their dish, and you could really tell that a lot of care goes into the quality and presentation of the meals. The service was outstanding as well. Our hosts, Kevian and Madisson, were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They made sure we had everything we needed and took great care of us throughout the evening. Their positive attitude and kindness really added to the experience. The atmosphere and the view make the place even more special, and combined with the great food and service, it made for a perfect night out with friends. Highly recommend this restaurant — we’ll definitely be coming back!
The View's outdoor patio seating is just great. Beautiful golf course/water views make it a relaxing atmosphere with gentle breezes to enjoy cocktails and great menu options. Our server, Renee, was exceptional and made great food recommendations. The wings done in a sweet Thai chili sauce were the absolute best. We look forward to returning to The View. Many thanks.
My business partner and I love the view at colony west. The bar and restaurant is clean and well lit. Cindy the bartender was super friendly. We got the key lime pie which I highly recommend, and the apple crisp which was also good. This is s great place to hang out do a business meeting.
